Our agency actively supports your transactions — selling, renting, and managing your properties.

If you are a seller:

For our support with the sale of your property — advertising, viewings, taking the purchase offer, and drafting the sale agreement as quickly as possible — we charge our selling clients 5% excl. VAT of the property’s asking price, i.e. 7% incl. VAT at the current VAT rate.

If you are a landlord:

For managing your property, advertising for rental or re-rental, viewings of your property, handling prospective tenants’ applications, maintaining your property to a high standard, and following up with tenants throughout the lease, we invoice our landlords monthly as follows:

  • 7% excl. VAT of the rent collected, i.e. 9% incl. VAT, at the current VAT rate, for student and long-term furnished rentals,
  • 15% excl. VAT of the rent collected, i.e. 17% incl. VAT at the current VAT rate, for seasonal, holiday, or short-term rentals (less than 4 months).

Finally, under the French ALUR law, landlords will be charged:

  • €10 incl. VAT/m² for tenant search, viewings, and drafting the lease agreement
  • €3 incl. VAT/m² for carrying out the move-in and move-out inventory.

If you are a buyer:

The prices shown for our available properties include our fees, payable by the seller.

You’ll benefit from our expertise at no extra cost by choosing the property that catches your eye.

We can also be instructed by you to search for the property of your dreams.

In that case, we’ll draw up a quality charter for your property search mandate, to find the property you’re looking for. For this service, we charge a search fee equal to 3% excl. VAT of the desired property’s price, i.e. 5% incl. VAT at the current 20% VAT rate.

If you are a prospective tenant:

In accordance with the French ALUR law, our agency fees will be charged as follows:

  • €10 incl. VAT/m² for tenant search, viewings, and drafting the lease agreement.
  • €3 incl. VAT/m² for carrying out the move-in and move-out inventory.

Our agency undertakes to ask our tenants for a security deposit equal to one month’s rent for any type of rental.
