We offer rental terms tailored to the length of your studies. With us, you’ll find apartments that meet your requirements.

We offer apartments ranging from studios to 2-bedroom flats, as well as 3-bedroom flat-shares, close to your universities (Faculty of Law, Université Nice Sophia Antipolis, Faculty of Arts, Saint-Jean-d’Angély campus, Faculty of Medicine and Science) and your schools (business schools, IPAG, EDHEC, SKEMA), as well as Lycée Masséna for preparatory classes.

Our apartments meet our quality charter and current standards. Most are therefore fully equipped and tastefully furnished, modern, and many come with WIFI.

Close to public transport, or right in the city centre, you’ll have quick access to buses and the tramway.

Our booking fees are set, in accordance with current law, at €13/m² and cover viewings, drafting the lease, and the move-in inventory.

Our Agency, in agreement with FNAIM, undertakes to ask our student tenants for a security deposit limited to one month’s rent, charges included.
