Under the French ALUR law (2015), our agency charges landlords the fees set by decree — €13 incl. VAT/m² — for the following services: viewings, tenant search or property search, drafting the lease agreement, and the move-in/move-out inventory.
For our property management services, our monthly management fees are 7% excl. VAT of the rent collected for student rentals or furnished rentals of more than 4 months; and 15% excl. VAT of the rent collected for seasonal rentals.
